"This was my second time working with Laura.
Laura initially helped me overcome a fear of being in the car on a motorway, something that had been making the idea of a journey stressful for a long time. After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge shift — I felt so much calmer, more in control, and able to actually relax while someone else was driving. I am happy to say I’m now confidently back in the car!
Because of how much that helped, I knew I had to go back when my fear of flying started to feel overwhelming.
Laura is incredible at what she does. She took the time to really understand my fears and used a mixture of techniques to help change the way I think about flying. Instead of just pushing through the fear, she helped me rewire my responses so I feel calmer and more in control, helping my subconscious process things in a much more realistic and positive way.
Her approach is so reassuring, and she explains everything in a way that makes sense.
I already feel a huge difference in how I think about flying, and for the first time, I actually believe I can get on a plane without that overwhelming fear - so much so, I’ve decided to book a flying course where I’ll be taking a 30 minute plane journey! I feel excited about it, when a few weeks ago the thought of it would terrify me which would have stopped me from booking it.
