I am passionate about helping people to achieve mental and physical wellbeing. I enjoy taking the time to get to know clients and fully understand their situation and goals so I can create unique and effective treatment plans. It's inspiring to see clients harness their inner strength, realise the power of their minds and fulfil their potential.

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Evidence-based Clinical Hypnotherapy & Mind Body Health Practice (PDHyp) and am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I have welcoming therapy rooms in Wallington in South London and Kings Cross and Marylebone in central London and also offer video appointments.

In my practice, I integrate clinical hypnotherapy with other psychotherapeutic techniques, drawing on a variety of methods including Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBT) and Inner Child Therapy. This blend gives me the flexibility to meet your individual needs and goals.
